(REVIEW) Moon Spiced Apple by Victoria's Secret

Victoria’s Secret Moon Spiced Apple is another Limited Edition fragrance that came out during the Fall Season of 2022, it is part of the Cosmic Botanicals collection with 3 other fragrances such as Star Smoked Amber, Night Glowing Vanilla, and Sky Blooming Fruit.


Moon Spiced Apple is described as a floral gourmand (which to me it’s not btw… no floral whatsoever), it has notes of Ruby Apple, Maple Sugar, and Crystal Ginger. The scent consists of Fragrance Mist and Lotion. I only purchased the mist, because VS lotions become watery once opened so it’s a hard pass.


Speaking of the packaging, the bottle is wrapped in an apple red label, with a starry intergalactic motif, it’s simple yet serving TS Red Album extravaganza!


I am not a huge fan of apple scents, there’s not a single apple scent out there that really caught my attention, but then Moon Spiced Apple came and I became obsessed, so let’s get on with the review!


Upon initial sprays, I started picking up that Ruby Apple, very dewy, ripe, and sweet, then that Maple Sugar mixes well with the apple note, giving this fragrance a syrupy and candied scent. In addition, the Crystal Ginger adds a decadent spice element to it, reminding my senses that oooh it’s fall! And it leaves a beautiful trail which gave me the impression of it smelling like an apple pie filling, that filling from McDonald’s apple pie, no crust, no buttery smell, just straight up warm apple pie filling, it is so delicious to my nose to the point that I almost sprayed it in my mouth just to taste it!


The longevity is decent on this scent, it lasted on me for half a day! Can you imagine? I couldn’t even believe it myself, like for the first time ever, an apple scent done right, that is so gourmand and perfect to my liking!


One more thing, if you want to add that missing buttery pie crust smell to make it a total Apple Pie scent, or even just add a baked patisserie then these fragrances listed below are all you need!

For comparisons, unfortunately, I don’t have any other apple scents to compare this with, it’s a one of a kind fragrance.. However I did see VS PINK release a new fragrance this year for Fall Season 2023 called Apple Dream, and I kid you not, I’m going to get that one and see if it’s comparable to Moon Spiced Apple. I will surely keep you guys posted!

Fall Season is almost over! And for me, it’s also safe to say that I am over with this scent.. It’s been over a year that I have this in my collection and I've just never used it since then. (REVIEW) Iced Sugar Plum by Bath & Body Works "Holiday Traditions 2022"

  I’ve been gatekeeping this scent for a year now, but in this review I am putting an end to my “Gatekeep Era” as I personally celebrate this scent’s 1 year anniversary! Bath & Body Works Iced Sugar Plum is part of the new Holiday Traditions scent that came out in 2022 along with 5 of the OG scents and consists of only Fine Fragrance Mist, Body Lotion, Body Cream, and Shower Gel. It is the only new fragrance from the Holiday Traditions collection which also is a Limited Edition fragrance. Iced Sugar Plum is described as being a fruity, creamy christmas candies with notes of Sparkling Sugar Plum , Snowdrop Petals , and Whipped Marshmallow .  And ghorl, as soon as I saw Whipped Marshmallow in the fragrance notes, I did not hesitate to stock up. And I am proud to say that I own 5 mists, 6 lotions, and only a couple of shower gels.. Womp womp!! This scent is super underrated, and deserves a lot more attention!
