(REVIEW) Cozy Fireside S'more by Bodycology®

Image
Fall Season is almost over! And for me, it’s also safe to say that I am over with this scent.. It’s been over a year that I have this in my collection and I've just never used it since then. Are you looking for a much closer and cheap alternative to Bath & Body Works Bonfire Bash ? Then you can go ahead and try Bodycology®’s Cozy Fireside S’more . It has notes of Smokey Marshmallow, Sandalwood, and Chocolate. If you haven’t smelled Bonfire Bash, it has a woodsy, toasted, marshmallow-y, sweet & slightly salty fragrance, it is very cozy to the nose with a slight smoky and boozy aroma. And this version from Bodycology smells exactly the same with more chocolate added but the smell just fades away after half an hour!    The body cream was a massive letdown, the first time I purchased and tested it, it doesn’t even smell anything at all! Even now that it’s 1 year old, it’s giving a faint smell of boozy galore. Should you plan on adding this to your collection, go ahead, you...

(REVIEW) Pear Créme Brulee by Bath & Body Works

Image
This is one of those fragrances that is so Limited Edition it might not come back for the next 10 years! And I feel like this was left on the back burner and almost forgotten. You might regret not having it in your collection though, I’m just saying! By the time you decide to finally purchase it, it’s going to be no longer available, and that regret will consume you. There’s quite a lot of love/hate relationships about this scent, but to me, it is pure "scentgasm", she is my bae! I also do agree that this fragrance is not for everybody since our body reacts differently to any variety of scents that are out there, but everyone can wear whatever fragrance they want, it is our freedom to smell great! Bath & Body Works Pear Creme Brulee is one of those “very” Limited Edition fragrance that was released last year (2022) and is part of their new Champagne Brunch collection. It is described as a fruity custard topped with a crunchy sugar shell , with notes of Baked Pear , Ca...

(REVIEW) Midnight Spell by Bath & Body Works

Image
This year is no exception as I suspected that Bath & Body Works would not release some type of dark gourmand body care for the Halloween. I mean just based off of everything that they released so far by the beginning of this year, they were mostly Fruity, Floral, Grown Up scents, they are really serving Fruity/Floral Extravaganza.. They just keep releasing scents that literally nobody was asking for, like, what happened to bakeshop? Even though we did get a couple of pound cakes, it’s just not enough for me! And if you know me, you know that I lean towards more of that bakery, cafe, pumpkin spice, everything sweet, “eat me up” gourmand fragrances. And I actually thought that this year’s Bath & Body Works Halloween collection was going to be let down, but I was proven wrong! As soon as I saw POPSUGAR posted a sneak peek of the new Halloween Body Care I was immediately sold just by the packaging alone and my goth heart was screaming! I don’t really care if they don’t smell ...

(REVIEW) Moon Spiced Apple by Victoria's Secret

Image
Victoria’s Secret Moon Spiced Apple is another Limited Edition fragrance that came out during the Fall Season of 2022, it is part of the Cosmic Botanicals collection with 3 other fragrances such as Star Smoked Amber, Night Glowing Vanilla, and Sky Blooming Fruit. Moon Spiced Apple is described as a floral gourmand (which to me it’s not btw… no floral whatsoever) , it has notes of Ruby Apple , Maple Sugar , and Crystal Ginger . The scent consists of Fragrance Mist and Lotion. I only purchased the mist, because VS lotions become watery once opened so it’s a hard pass. Speaking of the packaging, the bottle is wrapped in an apple red label, with a starry intergalactic motif, it’s simple yet serving TS Red Album extravaganza! I am not a huge fan of apple scents, there’s not a single apple scent out there that really caught my attention, but then Moon Spiced Apple came and I became obsessed, so let’s get on with the review! Upon initial sprays, I started picking up that Ruby Ap...

(REVIEW) Whipped Coconut Milkshake by Bath & Body Works

Image
Bath & Body Works Whipped Coconut Milkshake is a new fragrance from the “Salt Shack” collection and released in 2023 during the Summer Semi Annual Sale (SAS). This scent is Limited Edition which was only available during SAS. Everyone was scrambling around Social Media when the announcement of it came out, and as a gourmand lover, I was definitely there for it! The website wrote what it smells like being a tropical twist on everyone's favourite diner dessert! And the fragrance notes are truly a gourmand lover's dream! It has Vanilla Ice Cream , Toasted Coconut , and Sugared Amber , and I’m a sucker for Coconut, Amber, and Vanilla, so as soon as I read the fragrance notes I knew I had to get it, I knew I had to stock up! It took literally two and a half months to arrive as I had to preorder from my trusted seller from the US and have it shipped out to the Philippines. It was crazily overhyped and I was excited to try it but let me tell you, it’s an okay fragrance for me,...
